I just wanted to express my appreciation for the help that the 24/7 WebStudy team has given me as the instructor and my students this semester with all of our questions, concerns, and step by help instructions.  Everyone was so kind, and so generous and patient with their time and help.  It made the semester so much easier and being newer to WebStudy, a real comfort.   I was able to fix those little issues that pop up even late at night.  The team is wonderful and I just wanted to make certain that they were thanked and that they knew how much I appreciated their help.
